Presentee is attendance software for teams that need a check-in to actually mean something — verified against a real place, a real device, and (optionally) a real face, and enforced on the server rather than trusted from the app.
Most attendance tools take an employee’s word for it: a button tap, a manual entry, an app that trusts whatever the phone reports.
That works until it matters — payroll disputes, compliance questions, or simply knowing who is actually on-site today. Presentee was built to close that gap: every check-in carries a location, a device identity, and — when your policy requires it — a selfie, and every one of those signals is verified on our servers before an attendance record is created. A modified app or a spoofed location cannot talk its way past that.
The result is a system a Company Admin can trust without babysitting it, and one an employee can use without friction: check in from the mobile app, get on with the day.
A check-in is only accepted from inside the office geofence a Company Admin sets. The radius is verified on the server, not just displayed in the app.
Attendance can only come from a device your admin has approved. A sign-in from a new phone is queued for approval instead of silently taking over.
Overnight shifts stay on the day they started. Approved leave blocks self-service check-in. A missed checkout is corrected, not overwritten — the original stays in the record.
Every record carries its company. Every query is scoped to it on the server. A cross-company reference is refused, not just hidden in the interface.
