Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and the personal data behind it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to each category of data.

If you are an employee

Your fastest path is your own Company Admin — they can remove your account directly from their Workspace. If you would rather not go through them, or your Workspace is no longer active, send a deletion request through the Support page using the work email your account was registered under. We will verify the request and confirm with the Company Admin before deleting shared attendance history.

If you are a Company Admin or Super Admin

Send a deletion request through the Support page from your registered account email, stating whether you want your own admin account removed, or the entire Workspace (all employees, devices, and attendance history) deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email, phone number, and login credentials.
  • Selfie evidence images tied to your account.
  • Approved device records tied to your account.
  • Support messages and tickets you submitted, once resolved.

What we may retain, and why

  • Attendance and payroll history — where your Workspace has a legal obligation to retain employment or payroll records for a statutory period, we retain the minimum data needed to satisfy that obligation even after your account is deleted, with your name replaced by an internal reference where possible.
  • Billing records — invoices and payment history tied to a Workspace are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Security logs — request logs used for fraud/abuse investigation are retained for a limited period even after deletion, then purged on the normal log-retention schedule.

How long it takes

We confirm and act on deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Deleting the app from your phone

Uninstalling the Presentee mobile app removes it from your device but does not delete your account or data on our servers — use the request process above for that.
